Request account deletion

If you want to delete your Holo Wellness account and associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

How to request account and data deletion

Option 1: From within the app

Open the Holo Wellness app → go to Profile (or Me) → Settings → tap "Delete account" (or "Remove my account") and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2: By email

Send an email to daisy.lin@holowellness.net with the subject "Request account deletion" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm once the account and data have been removed.

What we delete and what we may keep

Data we delete

When you request account deletion, we delete your account and the following associated data: account information (email, profile), profile details (name, date of birth, gender, height, weight), health and posture analysis results, exercise history and movement data, uploaded photos or videos used for analysis, and usage data tied to your account.

Data we may retain

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you (for example, for statistics or service improvement). Where required by law, we may also retain certain data for a limited period. Any such retention will be in line with our Privacy Policy.

How long until deletion

We aim to complete account and data deletion within 30 days of your request, unless a longer period is required by law.
