  • All rights, title, and interest in the App, including intellectual property rights, remain with Holo Wellness and its licensors.

4. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App provides health and wellness information and analysis tools for informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment:

  • The posture analysis, exercise recommendations, and health insights provided by the App are based on AI algorithms and should not be considered medical advice.
  • Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition or before starting any exercise program.
  • We are not responsible for any health outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its information.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in accordance with these Terms:

  • You may not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users' accounts.
  • Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account and legal action.

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
